Bremont Watch is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury timepieces. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and tags are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
